About
Seven Coffee Roasters was started in a small cafe/roastery in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle in 2006 by Sean Lee. Seven is named after Sean's grandmother, affectionately called "Nana" by grandkids. Nana, in Japanese, means Seven. We roast coffee daily in White Center. Our focus is still on small businesses. Our values of hard-work, integrity, and compassion still serve as a tribute to the woman our company is named after.
Our goal with product selection is to carry as many locally produced products as we can. We believe in “Think Globally, Act Locally”. We have a variety of tasty treats from around the greater Seattle area; from Full Tilt Ice Cream from White Center, to Honest Biscuits from Pike Place Market, to Flying Apron Bakery from Fremont. Seven has gone zero waste at our Ravenna cafe and grocery store!
