For each property, we have a dedicated ground water supply well and septic system. Although it is difficult to estimate actual effect of the improvements and advances due to the absence of a baseline, the nature of our actions and business, and significantly, these highly challenging and variable social conditions, we focused on the goals of sustainability, reduction of impact to the overall environment, notably Bear Creek, and maximizing the longevity, serviceability, and functionality of our infrastructure.
